Buying/selling of cryptocurrency takes 10-20 minutes and mostly is dependant on how quick your payment is delivered to us. SEPA Instant transfers take seconds, SEPA may take 0-2 days, International SWIFT transfer may take from 1 day up to a week.
WILL I RECEIVE A DOCUMENT THAT REPRESENTS PROOF OF MY TRANSACTION?
Yes, after the purchase or sale of a cryptocurrency, an invoice is available for download in the system indicating the wallet address, transaction amount in both currencies, exchange rate and transaction hash.
WHY DO I NEED A CRYPTO WALLET?
The wallet is necessary for you to recieve and manage your purchased cryptocurrency. We can transfer or recieve cryptocurrency ontly to/from your own wallet address.
